Company Order Policy
Stock items are returnable up to 90 days from invoice date with a restock fee of 25% with no credit for shipping charges. Custom and special finish orders are non-returnable or refundable. Project work and large orders are subject to special terms. The goods must be accompanied with a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION form in order to avoid loss of credit. Fax return requests to 212.760.3362 or e-mail email@example.com. Failure to adhere to the guidelines set forth on the RGA may result in additional fees.
All returns will be credited only once goods are found to be in good resalable condition at the net value on the invoice, minus shipping charges, upon inspection. Defective goods will either be repaired or replaced within 30 days of receipt of defective goods. Defective goods must be accompanied with an RGA form and freight prepaid if not the fault of Hamilton Sinkler, otherwise a call-tag will be issued.
